How can I pay for my My Enchanter?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, as well as PayPal payments.


Do your prices include taxes?

No. All prices listed on our website are exclusive of import duties, taxes or any other fees which you may be required to pay when importing our products. You are responsible for paying import duties, taxes and any other fees. Unfortunately, we won’t be able provide calculations on the import duties, taxes or any other fees to be incurred.


Wear and Tear of your Bracelet

In the event your bracelet becomes loose or snapped, we provide you with an additional cord, all free of charge with every purchase.


Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Yes, provided that your order has not been shipped, you can still cancel your order. Just send us an email at Support@MyEnchanter.com.
Should your order been dispatched through our courier partner, you would be required to check our policies on Return & Refund.
