The costs of returning the purchased products will solely be borne by the Customer and any expenses incurred by the Customer for the returns (Goods and Services Taxes if any) will not be refundable. All valued customer(s) is to adhere to the following conditions to be entitled to the refund process; (i)We ONLY accept My Enchanter product(s) in the original condition in which when it was delivered to you, (ii)with the original box, (iii)tags, (iv)cloth and (v)cards which were included in the box (vi)all item(s) must not show any signs of usage or tempering (vii)There must be no deep cut(s) or scratch(es) on the gold and silver item(s). Once refunded package(s) arrives at our HQ, a refund examination by our Artisans will be conducted to ensure that the item(s) are in the original condition to be eligible for a refund. Once all checks are completed, we will proceed with the refund immediately. The refund will be credited to the same payment method in which has been used for the purchased.
Defective product(s) Yes, we do accept item(s) that are defective due to some unforeseen circumstances during the shipment. Please do provide clear pictures or the defective product(s) and email us within 7 days from the date of delivery in which contains the defective product(s). We would gladly provide our assistance with regards to your concerns.
Unacceptable Item(s) for Refund
However, we are not obliged by law to refund due to any item(s) in which the condition is/are unacceptable for resale due to misuse, of a different packaging, alterations or damage. Such item(s) will be returned to the customer at their own shipping cost.
