At My Enchanter®, every bracelet begins as an act of craftsmanship — designed, hand-strung, and refined with care.

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

If you’ve provided your wrist size and a valid shipping address, your bracelet will be crafted and ready for dispatch within 2–3 business days.

All orders are shipped via DHL Worldfwide Express Delivery, with estimated delivery times ranging from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: We currently do not ship to APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Depending on your country’s import laws, your order may be subject to VAT, duties, or local taxes upon arrival.

Because each nation’s customs regulations vary, My Enchanter® does not include these fees in your purchase total. As the buyer, you are responsible for any applicable import charges or taxes at delivery.

By law, we must declare the full value of the package contents and cannot modify or undervalue this information on customs documentation.

If you choose to refuse delivery for any reason — including customs fees — you will be held responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Any duties, taxes, or return shipping fees incurred

Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date.

Reporting promptly allows us to:

  • Launch a detailed investigation with DHL while key data (like GPS scan and driver records) remain available
  • File a formal claim if necessary, ensuring the best chance of recovery

Please note: We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for shipments marked Delivered if the issue is not reported within the 7-day claim window.
